Hospital Appointment Assistance

€30 per appointment request

Pre-Visit Hospital Planning

€45 per case

Best for: patients who are unsure how to organize a hospital visit in China.

Half-Day Hospital Support

€100 up to 4 hours
  • Meet at the agreed hospital location
  • Help with registration, payment and finding departments
  • General Chinese-English communication support
  • Help follow the hospital's practical instructions
Best for: a consultation, scan or straightforward outpatient visit.

Full-Day Hospital Support

€150 up to 8 hours
  • All half-day hospital support services
  • Support across several hospital steps on the same day
  • Help coordinate practical changes during the visit
  • A short written summary of practical next steps
Best for: longer visits involving several tests, departments or waiting periods.
What the prices do not include: hospital fees, doctor fees, examinations, medicine, transport, accommodation and other third-party costs. Appointment availability is controlled by the hospital and cannot be guaranteed. The €30 fee covers the administrative assistance provided for one appointment request.

Chinese Medical Navigator is not a hospital, clinic or medical provider. All medical decisions must be made by the patient and qualified healthcare professionals.

No. We help with the booking process, but appointment availability and acceptance are decided by the hospital.

Can you tell me which treatment I need?

No. We provide administrative, language and navigation support. Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to licensed doctors.

Send the city, hospital or department if known, preferred dates, your main practical request and whether you need online or in-person support. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive medical records in your first message.
