Who Is Our Service Best For? Planning Your Medical Trip to China What Should I Bring to a Chinese Hospital? Medical Imaging in China Services & Pricing
Important: If you have chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, serious injury, uncontrolled bleeding, sudden loss of consciousness, severe allergic reaction or another urgent condition, do not use our service as a first step. Seek emergency medical care immediately.

1. Patients With a Medical Emergency

Our service is not an emergency medical service. We cannot replace ambulance services, emergency departments, doctors or urgent hospital treatment.

If your condition is sudden, severe or life-threatening, you should contact local emergency services or go directly to the nearest emergency department.

2. Patients Who Need Online Diagnosis

We do not diagnose medical conditions online. We cannot tell you what disease you have, whether you need surgery, which medication you should take or which treatment plan is best.

Our role is to help with hospital navigation, translation, appointment support, medical record organization and communication. Medical decisions must be made by qualified licensed doctors.

3. Patients Expecting Us to Replace a Doctor

Chinese Medical Navigator is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose diseases, prescribe medication or decide treatment plans.

Our role is to help patients access hospitals and communicate more effectively with healthcare professionals.

4. Patients Who Are Not Medically Stable Enough to Travel

Medical travel can be stressful. It may involve flights, hotel stays, hospital queues, language barriers, medical examinations and waiting time.

If you are medically unstable, recently discharged from hospital, dependent on urgent treatment or unable to travel safely, you should speak with your treating doctor before considering a medical trip to China.

5. Patients Who Want Us to Choose Treatment for Them

We cannot choose your treatment, judge whether a doctor is right or wrong, or decide whether you should accept surgery, chemotherapy, medication or any other medical intervention.

We can help you prepare questions, organize records and communicate with doctors, but the final medical decision belongs to you and your licensed doctors.

6. Patients Looking Only for the Cheapest Option

China may offer faster access and sometimes lower costs for certain examinations, but the cheapest option is not always the safest or most appropriate.

Good medical planning should consider hospital quality, department strength, doctor experience, report reliability, follow-up needs, language support and travel logistics.

7. Patients Who Do Not Want to Prepare Any Records

For many appointments, especially second opinions, imaging, cancer care, surgery planning or specialist consultation, medical records are important.

If you do not want to prepare previous reports, scan images, medication information or symptom history, the hospital visit may be less efficient and the doctor may not have enough background information.

Good rule: If you want a smoother hospital visit, prepare your records before contacting us. Even a short summary of your condition is better than arriving with no information.

When Our Service May Still Help

Even if China is not the right choice for every patient, our service may still help if you mainly need practical support rather than medical advice.
